Cancellation fees for estara's Services or Shifts
At estara, we understand that circumstances can change unexpectedly, and we strive to accommodate our clients’ needs while ensuring fair practices for our workers. If you need to cancel a service or shift, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance to avoid cancellation fees. Should a cancellation occur within this notice period, we will charge a fee in accordance with the agreed price of services. This policy aligns with the NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits, as we are obliged to compensate our workers for their scheduled time. We appreciate your understanding and are committed to minimising cancellation fees wherever possible. For ongoing support or assistance, please contact our Business Development team.
