“I used to have to ring all the time to check on [my brother]. He wasn’t having contact with anyone or even cooking for himself. estara’s in-home care has turned his life around. Now I don’t worry about him. They go absolutely beyond to support him.”

“For a long time, I was not walking. Following intensive physiotherapy, including daily appointments with the physiotherapist, EO and frequent access to the activity centre, I began to take a few steps with a frame. With support, I challenged myself day by day and hour by hour.”

Questions about our services

The NDIS can be complicated, but our compassionate and knowledgeable team is here to help. If you are accessing the NDIS for the first time, we may be able to provide you with free support and advice, particularly if you have a spinal cord injury.

Our support coordinators can assist NDIS participants in understanding their plans, accessing the right support for them and responding to changes in circumstances.

As a benevolent organisation, we provide social impact support to people with disabilities where they may not otherwise have funding.

Enquire to learn how we can support you or provide a referral to the right support option.

You can learn more about our social impact or see our impact in the numbers in our Annual Report summaries.

Spinal cord injuries and other disabilities come with varying degrees of ability and challenges, and each injury is unique.

Our team will work with you to find practical solutions to your specific challenges. Our goal is to empower you with the guidance, skills and equipment to gain independence in every way possible.
