estara exists to provide relief to people living with disabilities who suffer from poverty, distress or disadvantage.
We do this across life’s stages with a diverse range of specialist services, including accommodation and daily living support, and undertaking research, planning and education activities to improve the health and wellbeing of people living with a disability.
Our relationships with government bodies and local councils enable the voices of people living with spinal cord injuries and related disabilities to be heard and considered in planning and development processes.
We organise activities for Spinal Cord Injury Awareness Week in September to raise awareness about how to access SCI services within South Australia.
