Board nominations open

estara invites its members to submit nominations for the position of Board Director, in preparation for our 2024 AGM. Please note:

• There are two Member-elected Director vacancies to be filled
• Stephanie Clota and Tony Vroulis are required to retire by rotation from the Board in accordance with clause 13.1(d) of the Constitution and both are eligible to re-nominate for a further term of three years under clauses 13.1(d) and (e)
• Each member may nominate in accordance with clause 12.1(b) of the Constitution
• Each candidate for election as a Member-elected Director must have experience or expertise in accordance with clause 12.1(c) of the Constitution
• The closing date for nominations, which will be submitted to the Company Secretary, will be Wednesday 9 October 2024

Please return the Nomination Form and Candidate Statement by 5pm on Wednesday 9th October 2024.
