1. Confirm minutes of the Annual General Meeting of the Paraplegic & Quadriplegic Association of South Australia Ltd held on 21 November 2023.
2. To receive and consider the Company’s reports.
3. To confirm by resolution the appointment of Member-elected Directors to the Board.
4. To confirm by resolution the appointment of Bentleys as Company Auditor for 2024/2025 as recommended by the Board.
5. To consider any other business which may be properly brought before the meeting.

Update: Further to the Notice of Annual General Meeting that was sent to all members on 29 October 2024, estara has two nominations to fill two vacant Board positions as Member-elected Directors. At the meeting to be held on 19 November 2024, members will be asked to consider resolutions to appoint nominees. Details of the nominees can be found here.
